Class* Furniture is a leading provider of innovative educational furniture solutions in New Zealand, committed to enhancing learning environments across schools. Recognising the need to streamline the furniture planning and ordering process, Class* Furniture sought to empower schools with a self-service tool that would simplify space planning and reduce the time sales representatives spent on customising orders.
Our team collaborated with Class* Furniture to develop the Buddy Budgeter, an interactive online tool that allows schools to design and configure their spaces according to specific needs and budgets. This user-friendly platform not only enhances customer engagement but also optimises internal operations by providing sales teams with pre-configured quotes, leading to more informed and efficient consultations.
Challenges
Complex Data Structures
Managing a vast array of furniture options, including various colours, layouts, and multimedia content, made backend data management cumbersome and inflexible.
